We went to this hotel for Christmas and we enjoyed the snowy mountain views and the friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and we also had various options for dinner. The location was very convenient as it was near a village and we enjoyed the country side atmosphere.
The garden and pool area looked a bit neglected and the service was not very good. We also had trouble communicating with the staff as they didn't speak English or French. Plus, there was no one available to give us a tour or information about where we were staying. it was a bit disappointing.

I had a great stay at this countryside hotel. The staff were super friendly, responsive to my needs, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The facilities were great too, with a beautiful pool, lovely garden, and ample parking available on the premises. Additionally, the hotel's location near the village made exploring this city very convenient for me. The breakfast was also fantastic and had a great variety to choose from.
Almost perfect.

The hotel is located in a nice area close to a village, which is great for exploring and trying local food. the rooms are okay, albeit a bit neglected, and the balcony provides lovely views of the mountains. the breakfast by the pool is enjoyable, and the WIFI works fine.
The service is not up to par with what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. the staff doesn't speak English or French very well, which made ordering a simple glass of wine quite difficult.

Absolutely gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside and a peaceful atmosphere make this hotel the perfect place to relax. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the food was amazing, particularly the local dishes. The pool is a highlight, and there are plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The nearby village is just a few minutes away and has everything you need, including a small market and some restaurants.
The location is a little out of the way, so it can be a bit difficult to get around without a car. , some of the pathways around the hotel are a bit dark at night, so it's important to bring a flashlight or use your phone to see where you're going.
